Our Payment Processor In order to ensure that our products are delivered to you as quickly as possible and your payments are made securely, we use PayPal for most of our payment processing. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments - just a recognized Visa or MasterCard credit card.

Our newsletter arrives at regular intervals and will contain hints, tips, updates and free products that we think will be of interest to you.
What is an ebook? The term ebook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book that can be read on your PC or palm device.
What do I need to read an ebook? Most ebooks are in PDF format. For books of this type you will need adobe acrobat reader. You will probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free from www.adobe.com Most other ebooks are exe (executable) files. These need no software to run on your PC. They can also be in the form of a word file or HTML file.
How will my sites be delivered? On the completion of your payment - you will be taken to a page where click on a link and then download your item. We monitor these pages to ensure that you receive your item.
Will I require any additional software? Your ebooks will be delivered in zipped up (compressed) format. You will need WinZip to extract the file. Again you will probably have this already on your PC. If not download it free from www.winzip.com
My sites have not arrived? If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam/trash folder. It will probably be there. If not make sure you adjust your spam filter settings then contact us.
